Navigating Change — From the Inside Out
From Trader to Personal Leadership Coach – My Journey
Before I became a personal leadership coach, I spent two decades in high-pressure environments like financial trading and global consulting. This journey now shapes how I coach clients who live and work under similar stress. I started in hotel management, working 100-hour weeks and smoking two packs a day. This took me to places like Boston and Shanghai, incredible cities, but the pace was relentless. I knew it couldn’t last. So I quit smoking and made a bold switch into banking and financial markets. For over a decade, I built a successful career in finance. Then, I hit pause. I took a sabbatical, lived in Rio de Janeiro, traveled through Australia, and eventually returned to the field as a freelance consultant. My expat life continued — Paris, Brussels, Luxembourg — and while I loved the movement and variety, something deeper kept calling. I started to feel that finance wasn’t the whole story.
That call got louder in 2011, when I began a more personal journey, one of health, honesty, and self-awareness. I added CrossFit to my routine. I became more mindful about food, rest, and how I treated my body. I stopped drinking in 2017, not as a struggle, but as a natural shift.
Then came the inner work: the teachings of Byron Katie and Dr. Joe Dispenza, both now part of my everyday rhythm. These days, I lean into minimalism, breathwork, and the cold, literally, through Wim Hof’s method.
This journey of letting go, tuning in, and choosing differently is still unfolding. And I coach from that place, grounded in real-life change, not abstract theory.

This is for you if...
Stand Fully in Your Leadership

You’re a professional or executive who wants more than just to keep up. You want a work-life rhythm that actually works, one where you can lead, live, and feel like yourself again. Less pressure. More presence. Clear in your head, steady in your body, rooted in your leadership.
I spent two decades in the financial markets, first as a trader, later also as a consultant. That world shaped me, stretched me, and eventually pushed me to ask bigger questions. Now, I coach people who work in that same high-performance space, professionals who want to keep excelling, but in a way that feels sustainable and real.
Because I’ve been there, I understand the pressure and pace. I won’t tell you who to be, I’ll help you get clear on who you already are. I’ll ask the right questions, challenge what’s not working, and support you as you build a way forward that’s fully your own. No boxes. No fixing. Just honest coaching, for real change.
Why Choose a Personal Leadership Coach Instead of Going It Alone?
You’ve been successful by most standards, but something inside you is stirring. You’re not burned out, but you’re not fully alive either. Maybe your energy is off, your relationships are strained, or your ambition no longer feels aligned with who you are.
You don’t need more content. You need space, and a structure that helps you tune in, make real changes, and keep going when life gets noisy again.
That’s where coaching comes in. Not to fix you, but to help you see clearly, what’s working, what’s not, and what really matters now.
We’ll look at the patterns, habits, and assumptions that run the show behind the scenes. The ones that once served you, but now hold you back. With the right questions and honest reflection, change becomes less about pushing harder, and more about moving smarter.
When your mindset is clear and your actions line up with your values, momentum comes naturally.
Let’s Start the Conversation
Leading Starts with Living Well
You’re not just a job title. You’re a whole person, with ambition, doubt, relationships, stress, habits, dreams, and deadlines.
That’s why the work we do doesn’t split “professional” from “personal.”
It’s all connected. How you sleep affects how you lead. How you handle pressure shows up at home. How you feel in your body shapes the way you show up in a room.
This isn’t about high performance or well-being, it’s about both.
We’ll work on what matters most, where it shows up, and what gets in the way.
My approach
Your Balance. Your Goals. Your Leadership.
Everyone’s version of balance is different, and so is yours.
That balance is the foundation everything else is built on: your life, your choices, your leadership.
We’ll look at where things are off, in your energy, your sleep, your movement, your nutrition, your mindset. Not to chase perfection, but to make space for more ease, peace, and presence. Step by step, you’ll start feeling more steady, more clear, and more in charge.
From that foundation, you can tackle whatever matters most, whether it’s your career, money, relationships, health, or purpose. As that balance grows, so does your ability to lead, with clarity, calm, and confidence.
When you invest in yourself, it doesn’t just change how you feel. It changes how you lead, how you relate, and what kind of impact you make, in work, and far beyond it.

“I’ve never been more on top of my mental and physical health than I am now.”
