Therapy often looks to the past for healing. Coaching starts with where you are now and helps you build forward. We’ll look at patterns and mindset, yes — but always with a focus on what you want to shift and how to make that happen in your day-to-day life.
Not at all. Most of my clients are functioning well — they’re just tired of operating on autopilot or chasing the next thing without real fulfillment. Coaching is for people who are ready to do things differently, even if everything “looks fine” from the outside.
We start with a free conversation — no pitch, no pressure. Just a chance to connect and see if it’s a fit. If we decide to work together, we commit to the full 12-week program to create real momentum and depth.
Coaching is available in both English and Dutch. Most of my international clients prefer English, but I’m happy to work in Dutch if that feels more natural for you.
That depends on you — and we’ll define what “results” actually mean for you during our work together. For some, it’s better boundaries and more energy. For others, it’s clarity in a career shift, deeper relationships, or simply feeling more like themselves again. The common thread? Change that feels real and sticks.
All sessions are held online via Zoom, which means you can join from anywhere — your home, your office, or even during a quiet walk. You’ll need a quiet space, a decent connection, and a willingness to show up honestly.
